Numbers 15:30-32

30 But anyone who acts defiantly,(A) whether a native or an alien, reviles the Lord, and shall be cut off from among the people. 31 (B)For having despised the word of the Lord and broken his commandment, he must be cut off entirely and bear the punishment.
The Sabbath-breaker. 32 While the Israelites were in the wilderness, a man was discovered gathering wood on the sabbath day.
